## What is AlertMD?

AlertMD®'s purpose is to save 7 or more minutes for every minute its users spend on the platform.

In doing so, it has delivered significant increases in revenue and cash flow, in addition to workflow efficiencies. Its mobile healthcare platform has 16+ modules to service providers, acute care facilities and coordinate care across the multiple care venues as well.

AlertMD is powered by its artificial intelligence platform, Cassidi® in three main work areas:

AutoCode -- Instead of having providers hunt and peck for diagnoses and procedures and then enter them for review, Cassidi interprets documents and presents information for review. In doing so, Cassidi tracks missing revenue, saves time and adds cash flow. This workflow is unique to AlertMD in the entire industry.

AutoConsult -- Instead of having the requesting provider waste time entering the consult on the chart only to then repeat that work by identifying who is on call and then repeating the work again by calling or otherwise messaging that provider with the same information in the chart, Cassidi® goes direct from the chart on behalf of the requesting provider and gets a call back from the consulting provider. AlertMD has a unique workflow in this business area.

AutoCoordinate -- Instead of reviewing faxes and mail days after an encounter for a patient at risk, Cassidi sends admit/discharge notifications to PCPs and care coordinators real time. It identifies full risk patients and alerts intervention teams. Case managed patients are detected for triage automatically and much more. This offering is proprietary to AlertMD.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t work well with CarPlay

I’m a physician who uses AlertMD for scheduling, billing and as a paging app. Slow up update and sync. Also, app not updated for iOS 18. You would hope a company would update their app when a new OS goes live, especially when an app is used a communication tool and for getting in touch with docs when patients are involved. Also, notifications do not work with CarPlay. I don’t receive messages and notifications while driving, which are urgent and need to be responded to in a timely manner. When I reached out to support, they discounted my complaint. Poor customer service. Billing however is the upside to the app.

I am an Interface Programmer for a health system. AlertMD is a vendor to us. I am used to dealing with one unresponsive vendor after another.  Not so with AlertMD.  We rarely need to contact their technical customer support but when we do they are quick to respond and provide immediate solutions.

They have worked with us on other helpful projects as well, and have increased the visibility of our service offering via their homepage and communication channels. As both a Nurse Informatics and IT director for a 300+ bed hospital in a major market, I have had the opportunity to deploy many health IT applications.  This app is incredibly useful for the providers, very versatile, provides great ease of use and a huge return on investment, but my main reason for 5 stars, is the outstanding support and fantastic deployment experience.  Unparalleled!!
