Why is there a choice, Regroup/SSO? Why no memory of the logon ID? Why no biometrics/facial recognition login? I have notifications set to alert always and be persistent. I installed and registered using the code provided, and confirmed via email. But when I try to sign into the app, it gets stuck logging me in, leaving me staring at a blank white page with the words “SSO login” at the top. It never goes any farther. I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but since I am unable to even sign into the app, I have no obvious way to report this to the developer except here. So, epic fail for me at launch. Seems like the app still needs some work in order to to be usable... 🙁👎 Even beyond that, the registration is cumbersome, using outdated keyboards which do not allow for using password managers or any of iOS’ new password tools.
