## What is AlertU?

AlertU™ – Personal Safety and Medical Alert Service
Everyone finds themselves or a loved one, at one time or another, alone or stranded in a situation that requires assistance, or at the least, needing to inform someone that they are safe.  

It could be needing help or medical assistance while traveling to a remote location, being away from home alone, or an elderly alone right at home requiring remote supervision or medical assistance.

AlertU is the digital companion that meets the above needs. 

Setup your care team to be alerted with one click. Your caregivers, and doctor that need to be alerted. Or just a trusted group of family and friends. AlertU will send them SMS alerts and notifications on their AlertU app. 

Securely share your location with people you trust. Send a location link by SMS, or on the app.

AlertU gives you the ability to reach support 24 hours a day. Talk to one of our service specialists that will coordinate the care you need – helping with your app, coordinating care services including connecting with a doctor or helping with emergency services. 

Especially useful for the elderly, setup a geo-fence and get alerted if they cross the fence.

In any situation where a doctor is required, AlertU doctors are available for instant video or audio triaging. No appointments required.
