Confusing to navigate. No explanation of the difference between a reimbursement and an expense. No way to add other people who are covered besides myself, yet the app asks for the patient name. Mileage is reimbursable but there is no field for mileage or drop down for it when submitting an expense. There’s also no guidance on how much to expense per mile. Every time I use this app I run into countless issues and have to call customer service. Forget trying to use it on a weekend, because you cannot reach customer service. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2025-06-04* I filed a claim for a new card 4 months ago and still not received it. It shows on app card was issued but “not yet mailed” I have been doing claims through the app instead of paying at the time of service. I finally could afford to come out of pocket to buy my medication April 9. Now I have to file a claim because you wouldn’t accept the purchase of the prescription. Especially when uploading receipts. Features are sufficient to do what I need, but a bit clunky given the user interface provided. The app really needs an overhaul and enhanced with many more features. ### 1/5 — Why is there even an app? *2024-11-21* It seems every time we upload anything on the app we then need to follow up by calling customer service to follow up with the progress of our claims. Very little information is given about the specific type of receipts needed to process these claims and there is no communication from the company unless you call and talk to customer service.
