I was told I have to go into the bank to make a principle only payment. Now they have reverted to having issues in the evening were pending money disappears as they apply it for hours. Your balance is accurate but the random pieces are missing. Males it impossible to quickly balance against online not knowing what is missing but counted. If you look at the part of the app where you are transferring funds from one account to the other. It keeps switching back when you are trying to put in the amounts and see what account you want to to go into. Very unhappy with it.
