Alex is like a doctor, who truly and deeply understand you, it can make a plan for you to quit smoking, and it talks with you everyday to learn more about you! You name any “quit smoking” app out there, I tried, never came to a truly professional and FREE!!! app like Alex!

this app actually gave me the final push to quit, i am actually making progress and it seems permanent. alex is like a little friend you can carry with you who nicely offers alternatives to smoking.

i’m trying to stop smoking and it’s just unethical in my opinion to charge money for the program. people want help but don’t want to pay money.

In the end you'll hopefully save more money being smoke-free with the support from Alex, than if you would continue spending on cigarettes! I downloaded this because your social media rep claimed that it is free to use on a Facebook ad. Now I’m all signed up and it wants money. Maybe let your social media team know that you’re charging for the app content or put it in your app description. Complete waste of my time thinking that I can use this app to quit for free and then get asked for money after I’ve already signed up.

This would be a great app, but after 3 days every time I tried to log a cigarette it would close the app. Reinstalled and same thing happened.

Love this app. It worked great for 20 hours and I was feeling positive about quitting. Now app is a total white screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.Developer responded once that it may have been a temporary error. Then the app worked great again for 2 days. Now today at midnight it totally crashed again. Frustrating and counterproductive to the goal of this app. .

I loved this app and it genuinely was helping me stop smoking until it just stopped working when I go into the app it’s just a white background with the blue A until it inevitably shuts off. How do I fix? I updated my phone and my app. But still won’t work.
