They don’t even actually offer any tenant help. My garbage disposal has been broken for months and they make it impossible to make a request for things in your apartment to be fixed. I’ve called and done everything I can think to do and nothing but as soon as I pay my rent with a cashiers check (completely verified by my bank) they want to charge a fee for essentially no reason. These are the absolute worst people to rent from they’re a disgusting corporate conglomerate. ### 5/5 — Great app *2022-02-01* I love how easy it is to pay my rent!
