She appears to mainly care about the bottom line more than being relational. Very cute clothes and help with the several defective items I received from this boutique but, these things do not outweigh the constant guilt trips from the owner if you happen to need to drop something from your cart. Shipping is a flat fee for 12 hours—meaning I can buy something from her live and then later on while shopping the app within the same 12 hours. Their turnaround time for shipping is quick and easy as well!
