Sarah is an awesome seller with the best personality. Keep up the great work, ladies. ### 5/5 — 💖 My happy place 💖 *2020-07-27, version 2.4.3* I have been shopping with Sarah for a few years now even before Alexander Jane came along and the reasons I keep coming back is bc first off her personality is so infectious and vibrant and us as customers love being able to catch the live videos! I myself get kinda bummed when I’m working and know I’m not gonna be able to make it to watch live, even though I know I can watch the replay of course but it’s just a wonderful experience every time! She makes us feel special and has a one on one relationship with us over time, like an example.. she knows all my sizes and my taste in clothing and that right there is phenomenal just her knowing my preferences! But guess what, she knows LOTS more women’s tastes and sizes as well!!!! Sarah always has the BEST pieces lined up for us to choose from and they are a wide range in sizes as well to meet everyone’s taste in clothes! Her grab bags are also EPIC, it’s like she is your personal stylist and no matter what you end up with (even if it’s out of your comfort zone) it’s like she knows it’s gonna look beautiful on that specific person! Also, her AJ team of ladies that work for her are so beautiful and wonderful to get to know as well! They work mostly behind the scenes getting all the things unpacked, hung, in the system to sell, put a line up together for live videos, answering questions, returns, shipping (btw shipping is phenomenal and super fast)! NO pressure in buying things, if you can’t that’s fine and you are still more than welcome to comment and attend all her live videos still!! She appears to mainly care about the bottom line more than being relational. Very cute clothes and help with the several defective items I received from this boutique but, these things do not outweigh the constant guilt trips from the owner if you happen to need to drop something from your cart. Even things I didn’t realize I needed. Most of my wardrobe now consists of Alexander Jane. The amazing part of this boutique? The prices are fair! Shipping is a flat fee for 12 hours—meaning I can buy something from her live and then later on while shopping the app within the same 12 hours. Their turnaround time for shipping is quick and easy as well!
