On the App Store it says family sharing is supported but wanted me to pay, twice. That’s another issue that the front reviews on the app state free, yet I had to pay. A fee, no matter the size, isn’t free. I won’t pay twice for something that is supposedly able to be shared by family. ### 5/5 — Help with sound *2021-01-10* TTS completely disappeared one day. It is user friendly especially on an iPhone or iPad. It is compatible with Android as well. I have worked with other apps for clients in the past but found the cost to be a barrier for some. With the free version of Alexicom, you get all the features (create own page, upload pictures, change/record the voice to personalized voice, hide pictures on page,etc). I like the flexibility of being able to create my own pages. However, suddenly I am getting an error message that my pages have expired and I have to renew or republish. Also, I am having issues with a child who has hand tremors tapping the screen too many times, which causes the screen to zoom. I attempted to turn off this feature but it didn’t work. **Developer response:** Hello Queen Jewl, We discovered this bug two days ago and quickly began to resolve it. Today we submitted to Apple and the update is now available so you will no longer receive this error. Also, in the future so you don't lose any of your pages follow these steps to back up in iTunes using File Sharing: 1) Plug in the iPad to the computer (Mac or PC) 2) Select the iPad icon near the top. 3) In the left menu, select File Sharing. 4) In the right hand side, select the Alexicom app. 5) Drag the "Alexicom Files" folder to the desktop (or other backup location on the computer). 6) Wait for the file transfer to complete. The pages are now backed up. If anything happens during the update, you can restore the "Alexicom Files" folder to the iPad by dragging the folder back into the Alexicom File Sharing window. Ease of use comes with tiles placing & linking pages which is an added feature more than Bitsboard. I can’t -Use the pages of Public Library in scroll down menu option on the iPhone. -Publish & Share my pages on my account online across iPhone & iPad.
