This was already a pretty tedious and annoying app, but now it doesn’t work at all. It’s stuck at ‘there is an update in the app store’ but once you update the window never goes away.

Unbelievably poor design. Hard Tom put into words how useless this app is. Just walk to the counter. This app won’t save you any time.
