When I use the send and go function I get a notification that the location was successfully sent to the vehicle. Then, about half the time, I get a second d notification that it was unsuccessful. Nevertheless, the destination always shows up in my NAV system. In the end, it doesn’t affect the final outcome. The function works, but the “unsuccessful” notifications suggest a bug or handshaking issue somewhere along the chain of communication. **Developer response:** We've shared your feedback with our developers. Options to start unlock the car never work on the 1st request, some they don’t on the second request. You never know with this app. For the price we pay to utilize it it’s a shame it doesn’t work right. Also wish there were more options. My Subaru (which is a year older) has the option to change things in the car, heat/ac, blower up down, where the heat or ac is blowing. And this doesn’t? The app seems to be an effort to steer people toward a subscription. It’s only reliable for tire pressure & mileage. The main issue is the owner’s manual has disappeared from the app. This is not acceptable. ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2025-11-25, version 1.98.9* Remote start fails the first times cannot change to menu car runs for or add time. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice and still no owners manual. Smooth GPS. Always have to start the car twice from the app because the app doesn’t function well on first open. Nothing but issues with the app. Just got rid of another brand and their app was quite smooth. Get with it. Terrible experience ### 1/5 — Disappointing is an understatement. *2026-04-01* This app has all the functionality of an early 90s DIY website, and the speed of a 56k modem to match. It’s riddled with bugs and glitches, has more ads than useful functions, and if you need to contact customer support you will need to take several weeks off work so you can focus on navigating the problem full time. You’d expect more when you work really hard and decide to spring for an Alfa Romeo, but you’ll find better, smoother, prettier apps for cars that cost half the price. Which makes it frustrating when the remote start always takes 2-3 tries to work. Also, adding the ability to set the temperature would be a really nice option that I’ve had on other vehicles. ### 1/5 — Glitchy. Slow. *2026-03-12* So glitchy. The pre heat or pre cool your car is the useful thing but at the price they’re asking it’s not reasonable. I would also like to see extra features like to open sunroof and certain other things.
