Had to leave when we had to add a 16 yr old driver due to rates. Had a hard time then with the app. We are thankfully back now and the app is even worse. It will not update to show out current policy. I love apps because it allows me to be able to pay from them. I called and spoke with Lori at the Jacob Vail Agency. I have never been treated with such professional service and providing me with a true comparison of my current insurance and with the coverage that Alfa would provide. Lori was so friendly and very knowledgeable in explaining the differences. I was so grateful for her help. When she finished, I saved over 1400.00 in one year. If you want to have the insurance that covers you with worry free Home and Auto, call Lori at the Vail Agency with Alfa on Hwy 280. The application will exit when you press OK.” ### 1/5 — The glitches *2025-05-06, version 8.2.0* Sometimes it were an easier way to add payment and recurring payments that will actually take it without cancellation. I’ve done it three times which cancels my policy. Whenever it gets updated hopefully there’s a way to fix that. I still get text messages about how I am passed due when I made the payment over the phone the day before.
