However, since 2 weeks it can’t be opened showing “connect to internet “. I am already using internet and all banking channels are working except Alfa pay. I initiated a money transfer on March 5th for the amount of 1470aed but as of today, I have still not received the funds. Despite following all the necessary steps on my end, the transaction status remains unresolved, and I have not been provided with any clear explanation as to why this is the case. I attempted to reach your customer support team multiple times, but the response has been slow and unhelpful. I have received no concrete update on the status of my transfer, and this delay is causing significant inconvenience. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution regarding this matter. I expect either an immediate resolution or a clear explanation of the situation, along with a timeline for when I can expect to receive the funds. Prolonging the process and long response time. Im using this app for a long time. Seems like a bug. ### 2/5 — Transaction was void *2024-09-07, version 3.2.1* Usually I don’t have any issue with this app but recently I had an issue where apparently my transaction got void, which is usually happens sometimes but what made it hard was because my money was already deducted from the bank and then when I tried to contact the customer service they took 3 days just to fix this ! It’s not my fault the app is not working properly and they said they put me on priority but 3 days is so long just to fix this issue, if transactions fail it shouldn’t have taken my money I could’ve use another app or exchange for emergency cases! ### 5/5 — SATISFYING *2024-07-31, version 3.2.1* Really appreciate for the easy and fast response of the all team and agent to solve my problem .. i really trust this application ALFAPAY with ALFARDAN, they do everything to fix and to solve this as soon as. It takes about 3 business days before they will receive it. It always shows as “Awaiting payment confirmation “. Better yet visit the branch and send from there. Especially when your family needs the money fast. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst Service Ever *2026-06-19, version 4.4.22* Highly unprofessional app! They deducted my salary advance repayment on June 3rd, but my approved AED 875 limit has been blocked for over 15 days due to their internal system glitch ("Repayment is pending" error with Abhi Fintech). Their customer support completely ignores emails and repeatedly lies by asking for "another 24 hours" every single day. Absolute waste of time and terrible experience. Avoid this app if you want peace of mind! ### 1/5 — Worst for online transactions *2026-06-19, version 4.4.22* Please never use this application for online payments. Both my friend and I recharged our NOL cards through this app after being informed that the balance would be activated within 45 minutes. However, even after two days, the amount was still not reflected when using RTA buses. As a result, both of us received fines of AED 200. If the balance cannot be activated within the stated timeframe, why mislead loyal customers with inaccurate information? Experiences like this seriously damage the credibility and trustworthiness of the service. I called 26 March 2026 and they made a complaint they said it will sorted maximum within 3 days and it’ll be on 30 March and now 01 April 2026 still I’m waiting my money back or sent to my bank account. I trusted this apps but now they took money from the labour like me. One from the customer service my money showing pending and why not your returning back my money to my bank account??? ### 1/5 — Transfer that got stuck *2026-01-23, version 4.4.17* I’ve never had a problem with this app until I did a transaction that is still stuck without getting any help from the customer care. I’ve been trying to reach out through sending emails without getting any response even tried to call them and they’ve told me I’ll receive any email but nothing yet happened. It is very disappointing that we trust them but they can’t help us when we have a problem . I am so sad and broken as as customer that I can’t get the help from their side 😭 it’s been weeks please do something🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Very Bad Service *2025-12-17, version 4.4.15* I attempted to transfer money through Alfapay, but the transaction has been stuck on “processing” for nearly 10 hours and eventually failed. It has been three days, and I have not received my funds back, nor have I received any notification regarding the refund. This was an emergency transfer for a hospital case, and the delay is extremely concerning. I request immediate action and better communication regarding failed transactions and refunds. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2025-12-12, version 4.4.15* They don’t have time to reply to your concern. They have scam free service charge. Once the beneficiary received the money they will deduct the money you send by bank. So disappointment. Poor service ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2025-10-27, version 4.4.13* I had submitted all the required and requested information while app was continuously logging out afterwards when i tried to made the transaction the massage appeared to go to the nearest branch and scan my ID which already has been scanned many times while I had send money from the branch and what is the reason of going to the branch when i had scanned my Id on the app not once but Twice as asked and still asking me to go to the branch if i had to go to branch what is the use of the App ??
