Der Dienst hat sich, seit meiner ersten Butzung, erheblich verbessert. Meetings laufen stabil und die im Raum vorhandenen Features sind sinnvoll. Es ist möglich, Dateien zu teilen, externe Tools einzubinden, zu chatten, mehrere Räume gleichzeitig zu nutzen und so weiter. Und dabei stimmt auch noch der Datenschutz. Mir macht Alfaview Spaß! ### 1/5 — Absoluter Drecksapp *2025-12-09, version 9.24.1* …schlechter geht‘s nimmer, und ich hab Glasfaser. In der Schule-Runde meines Sohnes zig mal rausgestürzt, man kann kein Profil anlegen! Wer programmiert so‘n Dreck?? ### 5/5 — Super schöne Anwendung *2025-07-17* Also am Anfang kam ich mit deren Konzept von Räumen und Meetings nicht zurecht. Aber nach einem tollen Emailaustausch mit dem Support lief es sehr gut. Es fehlt für meine Bedarfe noch die Möglichkeit, Audio aufzunehmen. Aber die Transkription ist nicht von schlechten Eltern. Das Preismodell hat mich auch überzeugt. Es muss noch gesagt werden, dass nicht jeder Browser unterstützt wird. Da hier ein deutsches Unternehmen DSGVO konform anbietet, wäre es super, wenn auch Browser wie DuckDuckGo oder ähnliches, die Werbung und Tracking filtern untersüttz würden. Weiter so!! ### 2/5 — Unzuverlässig *2025-04-22, version 9.21.1* Hatte ein Vorstellungsgespräch. Vor dem Gespräch meinte das Programm es würde die App nicht finden obwohl sie installiert war. ### 5/5 — Endlich gut *2025-01-28, version 9.20* Lange Zeit beobachte ich Alfaview schon. Bisher konnte ich mich aber nicht vollständig durchringen, es wirklich intensiv zu nutzen. Seit dem großen Audioupdate hat sich das aber geändert, da Alfaview nun auch ohne Headset gut auf sämtlichen Endgeräten nutzbar ist, ohne dass ein Echo entsteht. Die Software läuft stabil auf den meisten Endgeräten und bietet ein sehr gutes Videokonferenz-Erlebnis. Dazu passt auch noch der Datenschutz. Das VERSOMOTION.team unterstützt dies. ### 1/5 — schlechter Support *2023-09-13* Habe vor 3 Jahren persönlich dem Support mitgeteilt dass in der App beim Einloggen für das Passwort das falsche Tastatur Layout gewählt ist, es gibt kein Komma zum eingeben. Das zu fixen dauert vielleicht? 2 Minuten? Traurig dass man für so einen fundamentalen UX Fehler in 3 Jahren keine Zeit gefunden hat. ### 3/5 — Leider keine Bildschirmübertragung für Tablet *2022-11-23* Es ist gut, dass Alfaview für Tablets verfügbar ist, die fehlende Möglichkeit den Bildschirm zu übertragen, stellt einen erheblichen Mangel dar ### 3/5 — Okay, aber noch nicht gut *2022-11-03* Schön, dass es alfaview als auch App gibt. Leider hängt die App ca. alle 3s komplett sobald etwas geteilt wird. Man kann nichts mehr drücken und das Audio hängt auch. ### 4/5 — Unser zuverlässiges Werkzeug zur Videokonferenz *2022-03-30, version 8.41* Läuft stabil auf diversen Plattformen. Wir benutzen es in der Seniorengruppe. Auch die schwierige Klientel kommt zurecht. Manko: die Einrichtung und Benutzerverwaltung über den Browser. Das ist nicht immer gut zu verstehen. Aber wenn man diese Hürde überwunden hat, ist man auf der Autobahn. Übrigens: Superservice in Karlsruhe.
