### 4/5 — A few bits need fixing

*2025-08-05, version 1.1.3*

If I could submit a photo to explain I would.

At the bottom of the page where the “bar” is to swipe up and get out of the app, it tends to cover over the “CONTINUE” button, if there is any way to make a bit more space between the swipe up bar and continue button, that would be great.

### 2/5 — Constant discussions

*2025-02-03, version 1.1.3*

Constantly disconnecting & trouble reconnecting
Not a WiFi issue, can easily connect to other apps without issue

### 1/5 — Crappy

*2024-07-21*

Honestly don’t bother. If you want a service where they don’t talk to you either then go ahead. Have had no help with this course or this app. Wouldn’t go back with Allfie if you paid me.

### 3/5 — UI problem, not really optimised for mobile use.

*2021-11-10, version 1.1.3*

Majority of the initial app is okay to use and navigate but when you go into some sections or the course it can glitch out and look messy.

When going into the course material everything is scaled to large. Not sure if there was a resize button but even the top nav bar gets clutter together.

### 1/5 — Useless. Just use the website.

*2020-11-19, version 1.1.1*

This app is so poorly done, if you open a PDF you have to restart the app to close the PDF. But also there is sometimes these prompts to drag an some text to the relevant box. Which works well on a computer but just won’t let you move it on this app or the mobile website. Absolutely pathetic.

### 3/5 — A Hassle

*2020-08-17, version 1.1.1*

Device: iPhone X
Title: A Hassle
Rating: 3 Stars
App Version: 1.1.1

I thought this app would be helpful, and it has been 90% of the time. The most annoying part is: when opening the PDF files, you have to close the app and reopen it - because there’s no back button and that problem hasn’t been fixed since the first complaint 1.6 years ago and the second being 1 year ago. The other problem is: not everything is showing. Apparently I have some revisions to make, but it doesn’t actually show me what needs to be fixed - after getting access to a computer, only then was I able to see the problems and to find there were more revisions that weren’t being shown. I really can’t be bothered doing anything after those constant hassles, which is why I haven’t actually gotten far with my course/program.

I started a specific course because there’s hardly anyone who’s experienced something similar to what I (and quite a few others) have and/or who understands - especially when some events are so unbelievable, even though it actually happened. That’s probably a reason most people do take on certain courses/study and/or employment, because there’s no one who’s ‘been there, done that’ or who truly understands. What I have read and learnt from the course so far, I already knew from years of being with certain services and having the exact same routine. But I also undertook the course, because I was hoping it’d help me to understand how certain things work, what’s available (services etc) and so much more - after hours of reading etc, it’s helped me to understand why some professionals/services conduct themselves and business in a specific way. I’ve also learnt that there’s things many services (network providers) have been ignoring, overlooking and/or doing wrong, including protocols etc.

Alffie staff want to help and be supportive with whatever problems one might have BUT... my problems are with humanity and unfortunately, I doubt the staff can help with that or remove the problems that I’ve had for more than 2 decades. Alffie does have different options for contact but because I don’t talk to people I’ve never met, I don’t usually answer the phone - hence the reason I have disabilities/illnesses relating to it. And I hardly use or check my email account, due to too much spam. I haven’t checked the app or website to see what other options I could use - while Alffie May want to help, I feel that no one can fix my problems but me (and maybe some services that’s connected to finding it, a resolution or even some other kind/type of healing methods).

### 1/5 — Trying to study

*2020-05-15, version 1.1.1*

I’m a little over half way through doing Cert 3 in business and have reached a stage where I click continue but I keep getting a message saying:

“Sorry, not possible to do this stage of the course on this device, please log in to a computer or tablet to continue”

The thing is I’m doing this course on a iPad and the last time I checked a iPad was a tablet. I cant finish this on a computer as I don’t have one and with the library’s being closed I don’t have access to one. What am I supposed to do?

### 1/5 — You need to update the app

*2019-09-12, version 1.0.9*

Continues to crash all the time

### 1/5 — Awful Application.

*2019-05-15, version 1.0.9*

It’s just a port to the website, doesn’t stay signed in, extremely slow. Please fix this, the way your website works is great, thought you’d be able to have a great app as well..

### 2/5 — PDF issues

*2019-05-05, version 1.0.9*

Just saw another user 6 months earlier complaining that when they open a PDF with the app, they have to close the app and reopen it to look at another PDF, this is still happening and annoying. Also, the parts where you click on the question mark to see an answer after questions were asked vanish so you’ll never know what the answer is. Time for an update.
