Error message. Can’t login. Had to go to the website to order online. Just as terrible over there for their mobile website. At least I could complete the order but it was still confusing af. For a place that is so popular you guys need to step it up. It’s 2026. Could’ve driven there, ordered, and waited and it would’ve taken me less time than using the app. Sign in doesn’t work, paying doesn’t work. Finally just used the website and even that tripped out a couple times before I was finally able to order a coffee. ZERO bitterness. In house syrups with true vanilla flavor instead of the overly sweet or chemical aftertaste of Monin or Torani syrups. Charming cafes are a bonus!! ### 5/5 — Love Alfred. But…. *2026-05-15* Love Alfred. It’s the best. Wish they had a rewards system or some sorts. I go out of my way to order from them because the staff in Marina Del Rey are that amazing. (Especially the managers) but would love a reward of some sorts to work towards being so loyal.
