No problems with the set up or the app. I’ve added single use pins and pins for the family. I don’t why others are having trouble, they probably don’t have one of the locks with Alfred connect or with the zigbee module, and don’t get WiFi on their locks. It’s only reason I see it not working for them. Also you cannot lock the door from your phone. You need to read the booklet and do everything manually.
