If you’re going to put money into a great looking, great working lock, put the money into your app development too please. The One touch feature works about 20% of the time, which is really crummy because that is one of the main reasons we bought this lock. I assume it has to do with the fact that the app constantly logs me out and I can’t figure out why. Also the option to change the auto lock time to be more that 30 seconds would be nice. The mounting system for the Wifi alfred thing sucks, it falls off the socket all the time whenever anything bumps into it, I also have to reinstall it as a new device anytime the power flickers or it disconnects on its own, which happens weekly. So much for a “Smart Lock”. If I have to punch in a combination, why did I buy this expensive lock. I could have bought just a $50 buck push button lock. Also you cannot lock the door from your phone. You need to read the booklet and do everything manually. You have to type out whatever you into the notes app and copy and paste it into the app and half of the time it won't even let you do that. Connecting it to internet is a joke. And after I closed the app it lost all setting and we have to start over. Stay away from this. I'm going to return this item because it is unusable. Scam ### 1/5 — Complete, Absolute Garbage App and Hardware *2023-01-11, version 1.6.22081101* I have 5, yes 5 of these locks. I have had 2, UPDATE 4, confirm 4!! failures so far that have been replaced, I’ve spent countless hours troubleshooting these things. I’ve had other smart locks from name brands and the hardware quality is a night and day difference, these things are flimsy junk. The app rarely works, if ever, one touch unlock only works after you turn off and then back on, each time. The wifi bridge constantly fails to both actuate the lock and provide proper status, it always says all locks are locked when they aren’t. The entire purpose of getting these was to ensure I locked all my doors, but it’s wrong at least 75% of the time. No problems with the set up or the app. I’ve added single use pins and pins for the family. I don’t why others are having trouble, they probably don’t have one of the locks with Alfred connect or with the zigbee module, and don’t get WiFi on their locks. It’s only reason I see it not working for them.
