Like literally idk what’s wrong with the app. Honestly, if you guys can’t handle the app, then don’t set up one. If one day I give up on trying to use this app for whatever purpose. Management and resident was briefed different thing. Everyone doing different ways of defect submission. So what’s the point of having this? There’s no way to check my defect submission history once I submitted, and I can’t amend my submission after submitted. and I can’t remove my uploaded photo during submission, I have to go back, and come back to start all over again. I can only submit max 5 images and left me hanging worrying the defect team won’t address my issue.
