The app is lacking error messages for failures in the ui. ### 1/5 — meh *2024-03-30, version 2.3.5* app has a dated UI and there is no option for 2auth login protection, probably not going to give them any personal information. nobody responds to chat messages either. ### 1/5 — Bad slow no response *2023-07-07, version 2.3.4* Says 2 hour delivery but it’s took them 5 hours to answer me at first and now I’m on day 2 tryna get my prescription filled and I had to cancel because they stopped answering me. I even emailed and I got no reply and when I got a reply it was a month later all they said was there are no doctors available in your area and we have put in a request And when I asked why does it take so long to get a reply they stopped responding. And I got no doctor note at all it should not take a month to get a doctor note! They don’t update you at all and even when i tryed to book a doctor appointment. The 1-800 goes to a personal vm. I guess my expectations were too high. ### 2/5 — Faulty questionnaire programming *2023-05-24, version 2.3.4* The app is nicely designed and seemingly well-intentioned, but fails to be useful due to errors in the questionnaire design. For example, if a list of options does not apply to you, there is no N/A option. You cannot proceed to the next question without selecting a non-applicable option, so you either have to lie or give up ### 3/5 — What’s the point? *2020-10-31, version 2.0.3* All the advertisements online said I could speak with a doctor and set up an appointment. But I can’t, it says all clinics are closed and all doctors are unavailable. Even if they aren’t online right this second, the fact that I can’t even schedule with them feels odd. I ordered my Freestyle Libre sensors with ease and I couldn’t believe how fast they arrived. This is now the only way will purchase them as it’s so convenient and easy. I was 4 months post Partum and had lost my milk supply but thanks to these wonderful people at Algo with a combination of medication I was able to rebuild my supply and rekindle my breastfeeding relationship with my baby. They are so kind and helpful and they are also very quick to respond.
