## What is AlgoFit?

AlgoFit is an AI workout planner and gym tracker that builds your strength program, tracks every set, and adapts the plan each week from what you actually did.

WHAT IT DOES
• AI workout planner — answer a few questions and get a complete program for your level, schedule and equipment
• Weekly adaptive coaching — the plan updates from your logged sessions, weight trend, steps and recovery
• Gym tracker — sets, reps and load are captured as you train; no manual logging after the session
• Progressive overload — every exercise gets a target so each week is a little heavier than the last
• Hypertrophy and strength modes — drop sets, rest-pause and straight sets, with rest timers built in
• Exercise library with video — see the movement before you load the bar
• Weight tracker — daily weigh-ins, trend line and weekly average
• Nutrition targets and menus that follow your training goal
• Training calendar — plan the week, see what's done, never miss a session

WHO IT'S FOR
Anyone training in a gym with a goal: build muscle, get stronger, lose fat, or get back into lifting. Beginners get a plan that teaches; experienced lifters get periodised programs and the numbers.

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Most fitness apps hand you a fixed routine. AlgoFit treats your program as a living plan. Miss a session, stall on a lift, sleep badly for a week — the next week's plan already knows.

Available in English and Hebrew with full right-to-left support.

Steps, sleep, water, resting heart rate, HRV and workouts are read from Apple Health only with your permission and are never written back.

AlgoFit is currently free to download and use.
