AlGraphy Pro ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.1.38 — 2026-08-19 Sick leave, rebuilt • Your request is decided first, and the certificate follows. • A decision can be corrected if it was made in error. • Back-dated leave is limited to the current calendar month. Leave balances you can trust • Balances are kept per year and carry forward. • See every adjustment, who made it and why. • HR can correct a balance and set a past year's figure. Scope of work • Arrives in the Sign module: read it, sign it, and the signed copy stays on your profile. • HR places the signature where it belongs on the document. Documents • One screen with a real preview; open, replace, share and save on any device. • A category can now hold more than one document. Attendance • Check in again after checking out. • Outside the office, request Working Online — those hours count once HR approves. HR tools • One employee row answers what four screens used to. • Reports & Export is now a single company-wide report. • Send a late-arrival notice or leave record, each kept on file. Fixes • Missing notifications: every device you're signed in on now receives them. • Chat notifications show whether a message came from a person, a group or a community. • Forwarding separates colleagues from Talents, and can reach anyone in the company. • People signing from an emailed link get the fields where they were placed. ### 1.1.37 — 2026-08-13 Attendance & Shifts • Pick your own shift — required before your first check-in, and it sets how your hours and late arrivals are counted. • Attendance now lives on your Profile, so you can clock in from one place. • Leave the office and your session ends automatically; tap "Check in again" when you're back. Time away isn't counted. • Automatic check-out keeps working with the app in your pocket and the screen off, only while you're clocked in — never on a break, and no location history is kept. • Check-out now asks for confirmation, and you get a notification when an automatic check-out happens. Holidays • See official holidays under Profile › Attendance & Leave, and as chips on each month in Meetings. Tasks • Creating and editing a task now use the same form. • Shared task cards and notifications open straight to the task and highlight it, with an Operation › Task breadcrumb and an Open Project button. • Share a task with any employee, or into an operation or community chat. • Descriptions are tap-to-edit with @mentions; comments can be copied. • New Cancelled status, and sort tasks by newest or oldest. Chat • Edit the caption on media you've already sent. • Add a separate caption to each file when sending several at once. • Keep, edit, or drop the caption when forwarding — forwards now keep thumbnails too. • Playback speed for voice notes, and audio no longer plays over itself. • Your chat list stays current, including muted chats. HR • Mark employee documents as reviewed. Plus fixes to iOS notifications, long-press menus on very long messages, and profile photos in the assignee picker. ### 1.1.36 — 2026-08-05 "Show in chat" from the media viewer — jumps to and flashes the original message, paging back through history if needed. Saved media goes to an "AlGraphy Pro" album instead of loose in the camera roll. Full Unicode 16 emoji catalogue in reactions. Drive sub-folders browse in-app instead of kicking you to the browser. Meeting scheduling gated on the per-operation role, not the global flag. Image editor pinch-zoom and pan (was fixed-scale).
