This is not an application. It is only a home page asking for download of two paid purchases. Not an honest approach. Extreme waste of time

Nothing special here. Very little content. Totally disappointed!
Look for the official guide. It's cheaper and offers more info.

"In-App purchases" more like "must pay for app to work as advertised".  In order to use the app offline (the whole point of the app) you HAVE to pay $2.99 to download the maps.  Kind of misleading.  I was looking for a free app. I don't have unlimited data plan while traveling so it's useless to me and I will be deleting it.
