My simple question is that do you train your staff on how to welcome and attend to customers query. 
I went today to your Aali branch and wanted to ask about products that are listed in your promotion but not available not only today but even from the first day of promotion. I was irritated by the attitude of your customer services staff. I greeted him and said I want to ask you about product her responded the salam but kept busy with mobile phone. It could be work related but did not pay attention or say I will be with you in a minute if his message was urgent. I waited for a while and then left him without even bothering to ask why I left. 
This feedback is for you to improve your services. I am your very loyal customer. You can see from your records.

لم استلم قسيمة النقاط من فرع الرئيسي للرقم الشخصي 620107758 لان استلمت الفورما القسيمة من بعد شراء مستلزماتي من الفرع الرئسي وخلصت وان احتاج اي بضاعة اخوي وصلت البيت  لم اجد القسيمة ودزيت اختي في أخر يوم في الليل طلبت قسيمة النقاط من الكونتر رد عليها الموظف استلمتي قسيمة النقاط ردت علية استلمتها فعلاً لكن لم اخذ اي غرض من القسيمة لان ماتحتاج اغراض والورقة خبرتهم مااستخدمتها
