There is no contact info or help in the app itself. When I tried to fill in the contact form requesting a resolution, the form also failed to send. If it were to work glitch free, it is otherwise an excellent app. They shouldn’t be asking people to pay if they can’t deliver on a glitch free experience which ruins it for children who can’t understand why it doesn’t work.
