Дважды сняли оплату за полную версию игры, но пакеты так и не открылись. Оплатив третий раз через СБП все карточки стали доступны. Прошу вернуть деньги за два первых списания без результата

Здравствуйте. Пользуюсь приложением уже больше года. Всегда всё устраивало, совершала покупки в приложении. Буквально неделю назад купила категорию «18+» из 10 наборов за 150 рублей, чтобы весело провести время с друзьями. Сегодня решила зайти в приложение и вижу, что этих 10 наборов нет. Связаться с производителем или с поддержкой просто невозможно. Нигде нет контактов для обратной связи. Я просто в шоке. Деньги на ветер. Надеюсь достучусь до поддержки с помощью отзыва и ситуация как то решится. Пока что не советую никому делать покупки в данном приложении, если не хотите в один день обнаружить, что ни покупки ни денег у вас нет. Жду, когда со мной свяжутся. До свидания.
