[ストーリー]
都市近郊にある、桜の名所として有名な土地「桜雲区」(さくもく)。
近年、区内の再開発が進み、
“学生生活の改善は、生徒自身によってなされるもの”
という実験的な教育制度を導入した、生徒による自治を理念とする「桜雲台学院」が創設された。
そこでは、技術や能力のある生徒たちが日々勉強に励んでいて、その成果に応じて学習環境の改善など様々な恩恵を受ける事ができるという。
さらに、トップの成績優秀者には特権が与えられるらしい。

――季節は移り変わり春。
主人公、才城 蓮（さいじょう れん）は、長い間この桜雲区を離れていたが、学院に転入するため久しぶりに地元へと戻ってきた。
再会を喜んではにかむ妹に、見ちがえるほど綺麗になった幼なじみ。
それをはやし立てる花咲く桜の木々たち。
そんな光景とは裏腹に入学早々、生徒同士のトラブルに巻き込まれてしまう。
偶然そこにいあわせた蓮は、一人の女の子を助ける事に。すると、
「あなた、私の部に入らない？　そしてALIAを目指して、学院（ここ）を変えましょう！」
その女の子はそう言って、蓮を自分の所属するクラブへ勧誘する。

「ALIAを目指す？　学院を変える？」
突然の出来事にとまどいながらも、蓮はこれから始まるであろう慌ただしくも楽しい学院生活の予感に胸を躍らせるのだった。

超能力とかめっちゃ中二病内容もあるけど
それがまた面白いです！
