There is no phone number, chat, or direct contact option available. Responses take about 48 hours and consist of generic two-sentence messages that fail to answer questions or provide a solution. You already made money off the sneakers sale why charge me for my own funds? It’s greedy and down right unnecessary. Authenticators will mark items as unauthentic but can provide no explanation for how they came up with the determination. Fees are extremely high, they even charge a fee once you withdraw your earnings. I would sell my product, take it to a local store and receive my money within the next day. Now, I’m getting that the shoes were worn which they were not, the box is no good (damaged) then I have received Two Seller Cancellations with no confirmation from me saying that I the Seller wanted to cancel my order. I submitted a complaint to Customer Service and I stated that if this continues, I will take my business elsewhere. Well, Cyril C, from Customer Service stated they just if I wanted to cancel they cancel it. No investigation, no seeing what’s the cause of what’s going on, nothing. Just if I wanted to cancel my account, just let them know. Ok, well then, Cancel The Account. Nothing to try and see what they can do to keep me as a customer. So, this is what Customer Service and Customer Service Support has come to. I’m so sorry, I work in Customer Service and moth trying to get anyone in trouble but I will not accept something that I will not treat a Customer. So, my account is cancelled and I will be going somewhere else to sell my product. I’ve been ghosted by customer support services. The customer service is beyond unacceptable at this point. Only email services, no other way to contact them. I don’t know what to do at this point. Never have i ever had so many issues with a company. Zero customer support. Cannot get a response. They take your item make up 'issues' that do not exist & hold your pair. Offer you less money to resell. All over social media platforms are ppl experiencing sending in items to them saying issues then swapping your items with another item too many ppl saying this to not be true. Definitely shady company. Seller & buyers beware. Highest fees in the game too. Terrible comp. Terrible services. ### 1/5 — Trash compared to StockX *2026-03-20, version 1.48.1* Half the shoes I sent them to fulfill orders were marked as “replicas” even though everything I sell comes straight from the manufacturer. Their authenticators have no clue what they’re doing and their customer service couldn’t care less. There’s a $30 fee every time your shoe fails so it ended up costing me more in fees than I was making off sales. I delisted all my inventory and will never use them again. StockX for sellers is way better. I have never had a single issue with them. It started off like normal until they asked me to submit my tax information again even though my account already had my tax documents uploaded on goat. It’s the same company. So I did anyway with the third party company they use (Persona), and thought all was good. Until a week later Alias writes to me again asking for tax documents as if I didn’t already submit it, this time saying my ability to cash out my money was frozen until everything was sent. I was surprised and angered, but I uploaded everything again for the second time hoping it was just an error. I got no confirmation that they received anything and my money was still frozen on my account. Alias doesn’t have a phone number that you can call if you need help, I guess they are too poor and can’t afford it, so the only way is through email. I wrote to them for help, and they respond at a snails pace. Eventually redirecting me to the tax department, I wrote to them and the tax team still hasn’t responded to me after multiple messages. My money is still frozen after two weeks! This has been a horrible experience with them. I wouldn’t take this app serious if you’re a serious seller. If you ever need help like me, you’ll be screwed for a while. Alias deemed these as replicas but didn’t provide any pictures or explanation as to how they came to that conclusion. So not only did I lose two sales, but I had to pay $30 to get my items back. Please don’t use this company. They’re lying and scamming people just to get them to pay fees. NEVER ship anything of value to them ### 1/5 — Holding items hostage *2026-07-21, version 1.49.3* They claim my supreme hoodie that I labeled as used with no original box was denied after “not matching product description.” I was not given a reason as to why it didn’t meet the description, only that I now owe them money to get it back. I tried emailing customer support and they email me back everyday saying “due to a high volume of requests…….. blah blah blah” their customer service is atrocious and the whole process felt very predatory ### 1/5 — Said item was fake *2026-07-16, version 1.49.3* said my hoodie was a replica which is not because I literally bought it off goat. ### 1/5 — Scam thieves *2026-07-13, version 1.49.3* Terrible app. I posted a pair of 2025 Jordan low “Chicago” on the app. The so called “specialists” say my shoe was worn. I did not wear my shoe and the shoe was only ever handled by hands to look at. They are clean but maybe have a tiny factory flaw that happens with overly produced Nike shoes - (box is perfect). They flagged my order and said they’d be in touch shortly, I waited 2 days nobody reached out by email or app. I decided to reach out myself - immediately get a response saying it’s a used product followed by pics of my shoes looking as I sent them, unused. They say to resolve it I can offer a 5% discount to buyer, no other options given in email and no options available in the app. The buyer didn’t accept the forced 5% discount so they proceed to try and charge Me 15$ to get my own shoes returned!! Or pay them 2$ a month to keep my shoes until they sell them and at a cheaper price. What a scam and robbery. Don’t bother wasting time on this app. ### 1/5 — Very disappointing experience *2026-07-10, version 1.49.2* Sold a Nike Kyrie 2 “Effect” through Alias. I shipped the shoes immediately and followed every seller requirement. The package was delayed by Purolator due to a railway disruption, and Alias even informed me at one point that it had been lost. After it was eventually delivered, the shoes failed verification as “used.” I provided a packing video. Alias confirmed the shoes in my video were the exact same pair they received, but still refused to reconsider the decision. The shoes had never been worn. Any yellowing on the outsole was simply natural oxidation from age. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency. They never clearly explained what specific evidence proved the shoes were “used,” and the verification photos were dark and unclear. In the end, I was also expected to pay the return shipping fee to get my own shoes back. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be using Alias again. ### 1/5 — Total scam. Unprofessional authenticators and wrongful fees! *2026-07-09, version 1.49.2* Absolute worst selling experience. I sent in a 100% authentic pair of shoes, but their so-called "experts" completely failed and wrongfully flagged them as replicas. To make matters worse, they penalized my account and charged me a violation fee PLUS the return shipping cost for their gross incompetence. It is completely unacceptable to make sellers pay for the mistakes of untrained authenticators.
