### 2/5 — Bring back “last sold price”

*2026-10-15, version 1.51.0*

Bring back the “last sold price” on the selling page. It was easier and cleaner to tell how a shoe sells based on history.

### 1/5 — Horrible app update

*2026-10-12, version 1.51.0*

The new app update makes the app unusable. Please go back to the previous version

### 1/5 — Terrible design update

*2026-10-12, version 1.51.0*

The recent design update is terrible. It removed the important info like current ask, lowest ask, top offer, and last sold from the inventory main screen and replaced it with less info and unhelpful banners about the current price and whether it thinks it’ll sell or not. This is a seller’s platform. Show the data that is important to sellers front and center. It’s obvious the designers don’t use this platform. The new UI “looks” fancy but is useless.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2026-10-11, version 1.51.0*

Customer service is nonexistent. I’ve been waiting over a week for a response…

### 1/5 — Selling is broken on new update

*2026-10-11, version 1.51.0*

The inventory for sale page is absolutely broken and horrible after their latest update. They are making people switch platforms to sell on I guess. Rip goat/alias for selling

### 1/5 — Worst update to this app

*2026-10-11, version 1.51.0*

Does this company even have competent PMs or engineers anymore?
How are sellers supposed to list an item if we don’t know what the lowest ask and highest bid is currently?
You’ve got a computer numpad format for entering the sale price on a phone?
What the hell is sell fast and max profit?
You’re just making random labels up now?

### 1/5 — Terrible scam the sellers app

*2026-09-30, version 1.50.5*

I have a quarter million dollars in sales with this company and since switching to alias they send my stuff to a bunch of mouth breathers in PA. Worst group of authenticators ever. Makes me never want to use Goat/alias again.

### 1/5 — I don't get it.

*2026-09-30, version 1.50.5*

The interface is a hot mess, it's not easy and it's almost defunct, nobody is paying these prices anymore they did years ago but their numbers just aren't right. Otherwise I would've made sales.

### 1/5 — Fees are ridiculous

*2026-09-30, version 1.50.5*

So they be great shoe on here and they rejected it and charged me $30 to ship it back. Ridiculous also if you list a shoe for $200 they mark it up to 220 the fees on here just insane.

### 1/5 — Pain on payout

*2026-09-24, version 1.50.5*

They made a code to send and it doesn’t work, you contact them and never get a respond. So they keep your earnings for ever.

### 1/5 — They scam!

*2026-09-09, version 1.50.4*

Sold some Jordan’s 4s brand new in a box and shipped with UPS. Once they received my shoe they said they are replicas. So they return them to me after charging me $39 for return with a 3rd party shipping company called DHL. They will damage your box! Also they return a completely different shoe. I will be taking legal action

### 1/5 — Bad selling experience

*2026-09-02, version 1.50.4*

I have been selling on Goat for years, then I switched over to Alias because it’s more seller friendly. It started off like normal until they asked me to submit my tax information again even though my account already had my tax documents uploaded on goat. It’s the same company. So I did anyway with the third party company they use (Persona), and thought all was good. Until a week later Alias writes to me again asking for tax documents as if I didn’t already submit it, this time saying my ability to cash out my money was frozen until everything was sent. I was surprised and angered, but I uploaded everything again for the second time hoping it was just an error. I got no confirmation that they received anything and my money was still frozen on my account. Alias doesn’t have a phone number that you can call if you need help, I guess they are too poor and can’t afford it, so the only way is through email. I wrote to them for help, and they respond at a snails pace. Eventually redirecting me to the tax department, I wrote to them and the tax team still hasn’t responded to me after multiple messages. My money is still frozen after two weeks! This has been a horrible experience with them. I wouldn’t take this app serious if you’re a serious seller. If you ever need help like me, you’ll be screwed for a while. Use StockX, or eBay for a more professional experience.

### 1/5 — Great at first, then…

*2026-08-03, version 1.50.0*

Sent in my first pair and got paid quickly. My second pair have been with them over a week and nothing. I sent an email and keep getting automated responses telling me they’re busy. Awful service, very disappointing.

### 1/5 — SCAM !

*2026-07-30, version 1.49.3*

Don’t even bother selling shoes through this app tried selling shoes that I literally received from goat and they the shoes has no original box smh do better !

### 1/5 — Do not sell using this scammy app

*2026-07-30, version 1.49.3*

I tried selling two hoodies that were purchased from an authorized retailer and I had proof of purchase. Alias deemed these as replicas but didn’t provide any pictures or explanation as to how they came to that conclusion. So not only did I lose two sales, but I had to pay $30 to get my items back. Please don’t use this company. They’re lying and scamming people just to get them to pay fees. NEVER ship anything of value to them

### 1/5 — Holding items hostage

*2026-07-21, version 1.49.3*

They claim my supreme hoodie that I labeled as used with no original box was denied after “not matching product description.” I was not given a reason as to why it didn’t meet the description, only that I now owe them money to get it back. I tried emailing customer support and they email me back everyday saying “due to a high volume of requests…….. blah blah blah” their customer service is atrocious and the whole process felt very predatory

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — New update is terrible

*2026-10-16, version 1.51.0*

The new update makes it much harder to read data on your asks as well as update your pricing. Please change it back!!

### 1/5 — Garbage Update

*2026-10-15, version 1.51.0*

Garbage update makes it impossible to list shoes

### 1/5 — Update is not seller focused

*2026-10-15, version 1.51.0*

Alias is supposed to be the seller app to Goat but the update is NOT seller friendly. You can’t easily view what other sellers are listing for and only what alias wants you to set the price at. Hate to say it but st***x does a better job about transparency on market prices

### 1/5 — the worst update

*2026-10-15, version 1.51.0*

the worst update for seller，hard to see the lowest ask and the highest offer

### 1/5 — New update is terrible

Not sure why you guys changed the app so much the new features/ layout are terrible. Revert asap

### 1/5 — Terrible update

*2026-10-14, version 1.51.0*

New app update is absolute trash. Makes it harder to see lowest asks, have to click more buttons to see info that was previously available and UI looks horrendous

### 1/5 — New update is…

*2026-10-14, version 1.51.0*

Trash. Whoever came up with this app update idea needs to be at home looking for another job. Valuable info isn’t present anymore. It’s like they want us on the app more trying to find out the highest bid or the lowest ask.

### 1/5 — New Update is HORRIBLE

*2026-10-14, version 1.51.0*

The lowest listed price now takes 3 clicks to find on the inventory page when it use to just be right next to the shoe. Makes selling so much more complicated than it needs to be. Please switch back to the previous interface. I see tons of reviews requesting the same thing.

### 1/5 — Update sucks….

*2026-10-13, version 1.51.0*

Made it harder to see any info on the items you’re selling. Horrible design.
