I paid for this app to run my business and to my surprise all my messages did not deliver a customer called me I’ve been inactive not knowing he wasn’t seeing my messages but when I sent him a message it shows unsupported why ?

UPDATE: these people, especially michaelb, were all over this when I reported this issue. Communication was outstanding. Never have had such outstanding communication. In a couple of days they were able to fix the problem.  I tried it and I was able to register my number. I have not used the service yet, but I anticipate that I will be very soon. Many thanks to Michaelb and the rest of the people who worked on this so efficiently.

Very excited to try this and on the first page when I was asked for my phone number, after entering the verification code, it told me on five different occasions that my number does not exist. I assure you it does. I have had this number for over 20 years.

**Developer response:** Thank you for reporting this issue and we apologize for the trouble.  We had a less-than-helpful error message display when the telephone number entered during registration did not meet the required format of (XXX) XXX-XXXX.  We corrected the problem and posted the updated version within 72 hours of the report, and would love the opportunity to have you try the app again.

This is an app I didn’t know I needed until I started using it.  Very user-friendly and I feel like my private information is valued and fully protected.  I actually wish this app had come out sooner because I could’ve used it in so many different life situations.  I’m so grateful something like this exists because I’ve used my new number for multitude of reasons now and can’t see myself not having this on my phone!  I highly recommend.
