Notifications were working, but overnight, have stopped. ### 1/5 — Alibi Vibilant Mobile App is unstable *2023-08-17* Starting using this app in June 2023. It is unstable, crashes, and goes offline repeatedly. Notifications are out of sync. Meaning when a notice is tapped, the app opens and shows notices from 2 hours ago, and not the current one. Live screen shows views from two days ago. I have restarted all devices and the modem/router. All other apps on my devices are operating as expected, so it's not the network I have not been able to find a user guide, and there doesn't appear to be contact for support ### 1/5 — Save yourself money and aggravation don’t buy this *2023-08-16* I have the system in several business locations and it’s by far the worst one that I’ve ever used. It was promoted to me by someone who said it was the best hahah absolutely zero customer service. I’ve had issues since the second week of using it according to the person who installed it you cannot get anywhere with support and I’m out a lot of money as I’m having to replace all of them with a new system and the person that installed it will not even communicate with me anymore. Total garbage. ### 1/5 — Worst Business Ever *2023-02-14* Had the camera 3 months and apparently they aren’t recording anymore and the company is refusing to do anything claiming a surge went through the equipment they put up. Some security camera apps can be so intimidating, with features nobody really cares about.
