イラスト、BGM、世界観が好みで、アプリを入れた日から日常のことを呟くのに入り浸っていました。
最初は便箋が足りないと感じていましたが、毎日ログインしていると勝手に貯まってくので、個人的にはちょうど良い感じです。
着せ替えも可愛くて、課金もしていました。

しかしある日から、手紙やコメントをいくら書いても返信が全く付かなくなりました。
着せ替えでもしようと課金画面を開くと 購入ボタンがなくなっていたので、恐らく垢停だと思います。

課金もそうですが 動画を見てスタンプや着せ替えをコツコツ集めていたので、アカウントを作り直す気にもなれず悲しいです。

せめて通報とブロックは別々にしてください

As much as I’d love to give five stars I just can’t until these issues are fixed. I’m not fair skinned and the hair options are either loosely curly, short or straight hair and I have none of those. We need more options for skin tones and I believe sending a letter to boys or just boys and girls makes no sense. I’d like to send certain letters to girls as well also I wish it was easier to get roses we need a tutorial I only found out how to get mushrooms by doing letters. Don’t get me wrong I really love this app people are looking to have conversations and meaningful friendships although there are rare times someone may be looking to hook up the block/report option is always available. I won’t give Alice Letters five stars till this issue is resolved.

this is a cute little app to find friends and talk to people, but the envelope system definitely ruins the experience. it honestly doesn't really serve any purpose other than to be an inconvenience and i think you should remove the feature

I’ve been on and off this app for a few years and love the cute atmosphere and simple layout. I especially adore the dress up and I  like collecting clothes from chests to customize my character- the only thing I can’t seem to customize is the skin tone. 

I am not fair skinned so it would be nice to have an avatar that more closely resembles me. 

Besides that I really do enjoy the app and think more skin tones would make it even better!

People on this app really do want to share their day and make new friends. I'm also glad there's more people my age. It's a really cute app. I just wish there were more ways to earn roses. A big complaint I have is that there's not many people on the app. I hope this app gets advertised more so people know about it.

This app is very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing! You are able to talk freely with minimal anxiety.

Although, every time I hit the Data Migration button when trying to transfer my information from my phone to my iPad, and the app stops responding and crashes a few seconds later. Is there a fix for this?

The concept of this game is lovely. This is probably not a popular opinion, but I feel like envelope system is quite cool (minus the fact that the tap joy is barely useable, we should just have the choice to watch adds and get five to ten envelopes per ad. That way users are not at risk for being scammed.) I feel like it allows users to be more thoughtful about what they write. 

The first issue  I have is that girls and boys do not get equal amount of free envelopes daily. It’s sad b/c I have a guy friend on this app, and he can’t talk as much as I can because of this. It’s not fair that I get 300, but he doesn’t. 

My 2nd issue is that there is no non-binary, or other option for the gender selection. 
I know there is a “secret” option, and that is all fine and dandy, but it wouldn’t hurt to have non-binary or an other option to be more inclusive.

アプリ性能としては素晴らしいです。
文句なしで星5。毎日楽しく使わせていただいてます。
僕は無課金ユーザーなので偉そうに言えないことは重々承知してます。
運営さんの方も経営大変だと思うので
無課金にびんせんもっと増やせ！！
と、文句を言うことはしません。
ただ、女性ユーザーには300枚配れるのに男性にはその6分の1しかない50枚の理由はなんですか？
男性ユーザーの方が比率が少ないのは分かりますが、その比率が少ないのにはこの男性への対応も関係しているのではないでしょうか？
男性へのケアお願いします、

個人的にすごく愛用しています。

ですが、急に制限がかかってしまいました。

何も通知されるわけでもなく、いいねやわかる、返信なども普通に動作します(おそらく相手側には送られていない)

自分が投稿しても反映されていない(別端末で確認しました。)

今までずっと仲良く話してた方もいるのに…………

せめて警告とかそういうのはして欲しかった

最近インストールしましたが、Twitterのようにフォロー機能がなく自分の呟きは自分以外振り返れないようになっているところが気楽なのでよく使っています
ただ、改善して欲しい点と追加して欲しい機能があります

①女性と男性の便箋配布数を平等にして欲しい
出会い目的の男性を減らすためかと思いますが、純粋にお話したくて使ってらっしゃる男性も多くいらっしゃいます
そういう方と長くお話しようと思えば男性が課金をするか別のSNSで繋がるしかない状態です
出会い目的の男性を減らすつもりが逆効果を生んでいるように思います
便箋配布数を平等にすればこのアプリ内でお話し続けやすくなりますし、出会い目的で別のSNSのIDを聞いてくるような方も減るのではないでしょうか

②手紙を送る相手を｢女性のみ｣｢両方｣だけではなく｢男性のみ｣も追加して欲しい
これは私が必要だと思ったというより、出会い目的で使っている女性の方々の呟きを見るのを不快に思ったからです
そういう方を見かけたらブロックで対応していますが正直キリがないです

③便箋消費なしで話続けられる機能を追加して欲しい
このアプリだと、仲良くなった方と話し続けたくても返信する度に便箋を消費してしまうので無課金だとなかなか難しいです
話し続けたいと思った方にリクエストを送り、相手の承認を得られれば便箋消費なしでその方とお話できる……というような機能があればいいのになぁと思います
リクエストを承認されても相手の方の呟きを遡ったりはできないようにして頂けるとありがたいです

これからも使っていくつもりですが、これらの点を改善していただけるとより使いやすくて楽しいアプリになると思います
どうか御検討よろしくお願いします

説教してくるいい年したおじさんと、下ネタ投稿する人、価値観押し付けてくるおばさんが多いイメージ 少し課金したけど、楽しさより息苦しかったので辞めました

アリスが凍結されたんで、メール送ったらこんな返事が来ました。

「お客様のアカウントは利用規約に違反したため停止させていただきました。
具体的な理由等について利用規約に従い回答致しかねます。
利用規約をお読みの上、過去の投稿内容と照らし合わせ規約に違反しているか確認下さい。
また以降のお問い合わせについては回答しかねますのでご了承下さい」

いくら確認しても、問い合わせに回答してくれないんじゃどうしようもないですね。

課金したばかりなのに、何の警告も説明もなく「利用規約に違反していますがその理由は言えません。お問い合わせにも答えられません」なんて言われたので、詐欺にあった気分です。

そもそもブロックと通報が同じボタンという謎仕様。
多分AIで、ブロック/通報が一定の数になったら自動的に凍結されるシステムのようなんで、利用規約関係ないと思われます。

I love this app. I would have given it all 5 stars, the issue though is now with the last update, it keeps crashing and disappearing. The last updates, it only crashed for a little while. But now I can’t use it.

何故か誰とも会話できなくなり、投稿にも反応貰えなくなり…急にとてつもない孤独感を覚えた。

ここの評価を見たら同じようなものが！
あ、これ制限かけられたんだ…
制限かかった通知もない、そもそもその前に何か通告とか注意があった訳でもなく急に。

一見操作は今まで通りに出来ているようだから気付かず。。しかし、誰にも表示されていないのでしょう

長く会話していた人がいたから、無視した形になっているんだろうな…申し訳ないしお別れも出来なかった悲しすぎる。

せめて通知しないとさ！
その前に注意とか通告あっても良くないですか？

そして再インストールしてももう二度と使えないんだね、まじかよ
何でだよ！

This is a beautiful and cute app. The developers are intelligent to have made this unique. The people who answer your letters are friendly, but not many people are on here. Its easy to use and understand. No problems of any kind. You will make friends, but it’ll be slow. Give it a try. You’ll like it.

cute app, i love the simple layout and although the community isnt that big (youll know the regulars lol) its nice to have that small community that tries its best to be positive. please add more stickersss, theres alot of cosmetics but only 20 stickers to unlock :c also adding to google playstore would be nice, i can only use this app on my ipad but would love to put on my phone but i dont have iphone </3

People here are very nice and interesting. I’ve never once encountered someone creepy on this app which is very rare considering this is a chatting app. I love the background music and cute design of this app. I’ve also made very nice and supportive friends, I wish there would be more people on this app though, it is sometimes dead.

I noticed that there are no reviews, so I will gladly write one!

It's so fun to meet new people and learn more about a stranger. The users on here are so kind as well. The aesthetic and art of the app is so beautiful and really makes you feel like you're in your own Wonderland. Also, the music is so relaxing and calms your nerves. 

I enjoy how this is not marketed as a dating service, because it let's you really feel like you're making friends and doesn't let you get mixed up with the wrong types of people.

What they have created here is amazing, and is reviving pen pals. I don't get much social interaction, and this app makes it so easy to make friends with all types of people. 

Though, the system of wonder letters is quite difficult to understand. If I run out of wonder letters, I won't be able to talk to someone anymore? It would be much better if the app made money by selling in game cosmetic items or emoticons of some sort. Maybe a mini gacha game to earn items? The feeling of talking to someone, and then never hearing from them again makes me feel sort of nervous, and sending messages would get costly at a point if you chat a lot. The "Free wonder letters" option does not work on my phone for some reason. I would highly suggest that they place a different system in place for that sort of thing.

Some ideas that I would look forward to seeing are additions to the home page where Alice stands. Maybe if there were more items to dress up Alice, or some interaction with the characters. Any whimsical Wonderland feeling thing that could allow some personalization to Wonderland would be nice.

This is an overall wonderful application, and I cherish that something like this exists for lonely people like me.

The app has a great community! People are there to chat about casual stuff and talk about common interest. They aren’t there to look for a date or a hookup like other messaging apps. If they are, you can simply just report/block them (which only happens once in a blue moon really). 

The interface is also superb. The overall aesthetic fits into every aspect of the app so nothing feels out of place. It’s very welcoming tone and the letter system is friendly.

It’s a good app for making friends! Especially when you have anxiety and I’ll list why! I’ve tried a bunch of apps for making friends like Yubo, BFF, and Friender but most of the people on those apps are just looking to hook up. 
The people on this app (most anyways) truly are looking for friends. 
This app is also amazing for people who struggle with anxiety and still want to talk to people and here is why: 
-It’s up to you whether or not you want to choose to upload a picture of yourself, but for the most part, people don’t! You don’t have to feel like you’re being judged based on your appearance :) 
- you post messages directly to the community, you don’t have to have the fear of messaging one person directly in hopes someone will respond or have anxiety thinking they might reject you
- you can’t see if the messages were opened, which means they won’t know if you opened their message. Some people have anxiety because they don’t want their message to say read, but fear not you won’t have to worry about that with this app :D
- Alice says nice and encouraging cute things on the home page 

Along with other things, this app is really nice. Even if it’s just responding to  casual randomly convos, you can talk to people with ease (´-ω-`)
