Don’t deserve even 1 star, all the time I have to be reinstated the app due to glitch, soooo unusable

Absolutely is terrible never wants to work right. 2 workers can be on the same program at the same time and not see the same screen(work tickets). If you want your companies employees to spend 2/3 of its 8 hour work day just trying to find and fill out work orders (that are never there) look no further download this app today you’re guaranteed to hate it.

As Housekeeping Manager, the app is useful as I’m walking the floors and looking at the rooms as I pass by. It does have glitches. When I add notes to the rooms, it glitches and freezes the app on the Note screen. This causes me to uninstall and install the app again and least once a day (I’m doing so now so I decided to write a review). The filter option to see “All Rooms” regardless of status doesn’t always function correctly as it doesn’t show all rooms and it skips some. I have to select it several times for it work. If I do interact with a single room, I don’t like how it doesn’t go back to the place I was in the rooming list. It reverts to default so I have to scroll through all the rooms numbers to get back to where I was. 
Besides that the app is useful and it’s why our hotel uses.

It’s a great resource, but having to input your logins each time you open the app is ridiculous. Our staff is constantly locking themselves out and needing an administrator unlock their account. We need a ‘Remember Me’ button or to be able to use FaceID.

I'm working now for a hotel, and using this app, but is worse app ever, is slow, we lost information, we lost tickets, and the support service? Is terrible!!!!
