They have similar problems, on this app in particular though, it’s sometimes hard to tell if it’s working in the first place until you go back to the computer to verify. Messages not loading at all or taking forever or keyboard lag are problems in this app as well as the browser version. If you sign out, you still get push notifications even if you see the log in page, which would confirm you’ve logged out if I’m not mistaken, but until you close, then reopen the app, see the log in page again, then re-close the app, the notifications keep going. Unfortunately it’s not my choice nor my managers or even property managers choice to use this system so we are stuck with it. ### 2/5 — Syncing Problems *2019-11-05, version 19.7.000* The app doesn’t seem to sync up with the website version, tickets made on the website aren’t showing up on the app on my iPad. Is this a problem that will be fixed soon? ### 1/5 — Bad. Just bad *2019-05-03, version 1.0.13* The service is a great idea. The web app is solid (could use some features). This mobile app, however, is a broken, poorly optimized, buggy, unusable mess. Between the constant freezes and unending load times, the app is a chore to use. Personally, I use a company iPod that's locked to the app and I have to do a hard reset of the device many times a day just to use it. What's worse is that it's the same problem with the Android app. How this got past testing is beyond me. I commend your top-notch sales team for convincing the company I work for that this is a good product (though, I can't imagine they had to try hard. They are easily impressed by shiny things). ### 2/5 — Always bugs which take forever to be fixed *2019-05-01, version 1.0.13* I don’t know what is the problem with them but it really seems like they need new programmers. There are simple issues like people are not able to login or people are not able to switch to another device and you’ve been told by the support that they will be updating a system and by next week there should be a new working version However the next week to situation will be the same. The support will always send you links to videos which don’t show the reality and are useless. A Messy operation communication is completely transformed into a one stop shop for all departments. The desktop version is such a great tracking and dispatch system and the app is a user friendly workflow manager for being on the floor. Really great when you're in a rush or don't want to deal with hotel staff. Every hotel should be offering such a simple, seamless way to order. This is the future. ### 5/5 — Great application for any team *2016-01-01, version 1.0.4* Brilliant app. ### 4/5 — Good app but... *2019-01-26* Let me start off by saying, the app is pretty good, it had its quirks that sometimes can be a little bit of a pain (I.e some ad like Alice screen that sometimes appears and won’t go away until you close the app and reopen it). The one major gripe I have with the app is how much of a battery hog it is, there’s no reason for it to take as much battery usage as it does. It can easily drain a phone from 100% before the work day is over sometimes. Seems to be happening with liquid versions and using regular usernames and password ### 3/5 — Useful but Glitchy *2025-07-27, version 25.3.000* As Housekeeping Manager, the app is useful as I’m walking the floors and looking at the rooms as I pass by. It does have glitches. When I add notes to the rooms, it glitches and freezes the app on the Note screen. This causes me to uninstall and install the app again and least once a day (I’m doing so now so I decided to write a review). The filter option to see “All Rooms” regardless of status doesn’t always function correctly as it doesn’t show all rooms and it skips some. I have to select it several times for it work. If I do interact with a single room, I don’t like how it doesn’t go back to the place I was in the rooming list. It reverts to default so I have to scroll through all the rooms numbers to get back to where I was. Besides that the app is useful and it’s why our hotel uses. ### 3/5 — Login issues for users *2025-03-19, version 25.3.000* It’s a great resource, but having to input your logins each time you open the app is ridiculous. Our staff is constantly locking themselves out and needing an administrator unlock their account.
