## What is Alicejordanfitness?

Online coaching app for women specialising in fitness during peri-menopause and menopause. Open to all abilities. Home workouts with minimal or no equipment needed. 8 week beginner, intermediate and advanced programs available. 3 unique workouts each week. Personalised one on one support throughout. Community support from women who are on their own similar fitness journeys.




 *The app is free to download. To access coaching features, a paid subscription is required. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.
