First, there is way too much talking, way too much of a storyline, I find myself skipping the majority of it because it becomes tedious very quickly. Also you have to spend way too many stars you play levels for on tasks that are not decorating. You spend 2 stars constantly just to make a phone call or have a conversation. It’s ridiculous. I’ve played almost 200 levels and have spent the majority of the stars I have gotten on the people talking and calling each other. You also only get 2 options to decorate unless you wanna spend 240 gems on the other ones and you only get 5 gems per level and that’s only if you complete the combo and don’t mess up. I’ve been playing over a year. The ads aren’t between every level, are only 5 seconds before you can skip unless you are watching one to get something. Then they are at most 30 seconds. You also have the option of buying no ads. I don’t care for the style of the stuff to pick, but it doesn’t really matter, it’s just not my style. The game always works and gets more challenging, but not ridiculous (so far and I’m on level 1054). **Developer response:** Thanks for your support. Unfortunately, the “remove ads” feature is extremely unreliable. It’s 4.99 a month, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. There’s no way to know until suddenly you’re sitting through another 30-second pop up. Also, the game’s own special offers pop up so often that it’s frustrating. Sometimes they’re reasonable; other times I’ll have to click through 3 specials after every level I play. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We unlock all these food items in the game, and all the customers order bagels. What is the point of unlocking the food? Found some bugs. When doing ice cream you can’t back out when your done. It requires you to play a level whether you want to or not. Also when they do the text messages everything gets double posted. Finally sometimes when your telling the player what’s going on you get it wrong. For example you had a conversation about paintings and it was actually plants. I just unlocked the receptionist and can’t place him or her. I just get a black screen and have to back out. It’s constantly popping up. Come on!!! Plus it does insult your intelligence. Two stars to send a text that doubles on the text page. Another 2 stars, if not more, to see how a character is feeling, etc. 3 stars to put up a painting but you don’t get to pick a painting yet. You have to read about how they feel about it first, then you have to get 3 more stars to actually do the deed! Please! Good grief! Another thing is the game refuses to sync up with FB for some ungodly reason. I have it on two devices yet on one device I am on level 520 something and on the other device I have had to play one scene 4 times now! I downloaded this game only about a week ago and I cannot stop playing it. I’m already on level 105 and I am really enjoying seeing how the restaurant comes together. Sometimes my dad even likes to help out on some of the trickier levels.
