Would be good to have an option to access the camera menu over PTZ. ### 5/5 — Those of you with problems *2015-02-28, version 3.4.1* I have experienced a number of issues with the app in particular access via 3G, I would recommend that you access the alien web site and use the chat facility to sort your issues. If they are not on line they will e mail you back. I have been very well supported by a very patient technician. So stop moaning and speak to the right people who have the skills and knowledge 😃 ### 5/5 — Update to iOS 8.1 *2014-10-23, version 3.3.1* It's not Aliens fault Apple messed up their own operating system. Just ask people who use Barclays online banking app! What a problem that was! Downloads Apples 8.1 iOS and this will fix it. I've been using these systems for a while and never let me down. Really wish people would understand the actual problem before giving bad ratings to other companies apps that may have been affected by Apple rushing through its own software, which has had 3 updates in as many weeks. Keep up the good work guys.
