The company is beyond worthless when it comes to disputing fraud. I was scammed on an air compressor and when I requested a refund, the seller provided a bogus tracking number and a forged delivery receipt that was nowhere near my signature. AliExpress said that was evidence it had been delivered and denied my refund. No ability to appeal either. Now I’m disputing it with my credit card company. ### 1/5 — Customers service getting worse *2026-08-15, version 8.172.0* Its getting more and more difficult to get refunds for faulty items. The return system is setup so that the sellers can just reply with irrelevant answers until the return time finishes. Also the app will not allow me to upload video evidence so disputes just get closed. I bought one dining table there is a mention of everything like quality product is very good fine but it is not when I received this parcel inside already very cheap material and also damaged when I spoke with the seller this he said return back and I was returned the parcel back to pay from my pocket £40 for two packages when parcel reached to seller he refused my parcels and keep one parcel another parcel sent back to me now, till two months I’m struggling to get my refund back oh my another package give me to back but they did not listen I I am very disappointed to this platform. ALOT OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE *2026-08-14, version 8.172.0* I bought a curly half wig as it was summer, i went on the reviews and they all seemed legit as it say ‘verified purchase’ until i went onto another website and seen the EXACT same pictures so i got skeptical, when the hair arrived it did NOT look like the picture whatsoever it was thin, shedding, had a awful scent. I tried resolving this issue with the seller as they told me just add a picture to my review and then they’d issue me a full refund and a ‘hair’ of my choice. (which is blackmailing) but i submitted it. After this, they sent me a partial refund of £6. and said it was a ‘test’ refund so i accepted it, i then kept reaching out and they kept ignoring me and just sending me smiley emojis. I reached out to Aliexpress team and they stated they’l ban the seller and review my case to see if i can get a refund. I showed PROOF and aliexpress emailed me back saying i can’t get a full refund and they’l ban the seller. The seller is STILL on their and nothing has been resolved. This has happened to numerous people honestly save yourself the time and money. ### 1/5 — Bad Delivery Service *2026-08-14, version 8.172.0* To sum up my experience with this app, it is simply awful. From spamming my email with promotions annoying unimportant details on the status of the delivery, and sending me constant pointless notifications. Even on the app, the notifications are 90% promotions and unnecessary spam and 10% the things you actually want to look at, and even then, when I tried checking on the progress of my order, buttons that specifically said to look at the status of my order took me nowhere. Not to mention I had a horrible experience with one of those said promotions. When creating an account for the app, you get a “free welcome gift” (probably to guarantee they collect your information to sell even if you don’t purchase anything on the app) which allows you to purchase an item at a 99% discount or whatever, but after scrolling for like 10 minutes through the options, the app itself became sooo laggy my phone could barely load a frame and began to overheat, so I literally had to close the app. But guess what, closing the app cancels their own “free welcome gift promotion”. I tried contacting their support services only to be met with stupid AI-bot responses that weren’t even related to my problem. Finally, the actual delivery service was a chore. Despite having my full address, I got a message saying that the delivery driver who was supposed to drop off my package drove on my street but didn’t bother to even find my house so they took the package to some delivery center which I’ll have to find to pick up my package. I’ve had better delivery service buying a lightbulb from some website that doesn’t even specialize in delivery. If you’re considering downloading this app for the cheap prices, don’t bother.
