It takes many minutes of digging just to find where to move money from investments back to the main HSA account.  Given that you can’t pay anything out of your HSA unless you have cash in the main account, shouldn’t that function be front and center when you open the app?  Once you finally find the menu selection and initiate a transfer, I still haven’t found a way to find record of that transfer to check status, other than a message saying something about administrative activity when you go into the above mentioned menu selection.  I could go on and on, as this is only one example of how unintuitive this app is…

I tried to close my account 2 years back and kept getting excuses until finally I was told I could find the form to close it in the app so I downloaded it and haven’t been able to find any account services forms or a search bar and I keep getting charged a maintenance fee.

Every single time I try to access my funds it’s been a headache. The app and the website are always down. Contacting customer service is also useless because they read off a script with no real solutions yet at the same time give different answers every time I’ve called. A change to information on my account “maybe” takes up to three to seven business day for me to receive an email that can only be returned back via fax or mail. And even then they “hope” to update my information correctly while they charge me a monthly fee to have my account. If possible save your time and energy and do not work with the company.
