While the software itself is functional, our experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. During the sales process, the team is highly responsive—calling, answering queries, and making everything seem perfect. However, once the payment is made, the support disappears. There is virtually no after-sales service to rely on. The training experience was equally frustrating. The training staff was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. If you have follow-up questions after training, don’t expect a response—they simply won’t call back. For any issues, you have to raise a support ticket, but they rarely respond. If they do call back, it’s just to say they will look into the issue, and then they vanish. Overall, the software is decent, but the poor after-sales service ruins the experience.
