I find it very difficult to navigate in terms of needing a planner function. The AI Chatbot told me how I needed to find a planner view under my settings and have it enabled if there is no gear icon on the app interface. I do not find this helpful. Also, if I am setting up a specific time to do something that should automatically auto save is quite a task or a reminder I shouldn’t have to tell it. It’s not a goal. A goal is something more specific in attainable and the things I discussed with it were really tasks that needed to have a reminder set for it. It did not do any of this in the end. It just raised my blood pressure and incredibly frustrated me My actual in person therapist much better as well as an in person assistant that could then understand what I was asking of it and schedule the things waste of money ### 1/5 — Thief’s *2026-08-25, version 2.3.23* Downloaded this app and was eager to try it out after hearing great things but then suddenly was charged hidden fees not listed in the promo with no reply from the customer support group. CANCEL IT I DONT WANT IT ### 1/5 — Double charged immediately! *2026-08-22, version 2.3.23* Don’t sign up for weekly trial for $9.99, I was immediately charged for $39.99 after I canceled trial within 24 hours on top of the $9.99 and this feels like a scam. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY *2026-08-21, version 2.3.23* If I could give ZERO stats I would. You’ve been warned. ### 1/5 — Useless as advertised *2026-08-19, version 2.3.22* *Update- after emailing the customer support back and forth, they refused to refund me based on their loophole technicality. So, I left the review below to warn others of the lack of usefulness of this app and their questionable billing practices. It was only then that I saw the $39.99 I was charged as refunded in my account. I then checked my email to see that they had indeed refunded my money and were asking me to “edit or delete” my first bad review, which is even shadier. So, I’m updating it. If, for some reason, this expensive and worthless app IS good for you and you DO choose to leave a positive review, be sure they pay you for that too, because that’s how they run their “business”. I leave WAY more positive reviews than negative ones, but I call them as I see them. This is a scam. Don’t download it. Maybe it will be more useful to you, but it was advertised as something that would help me stay on top of cleaning. Other than prompting me to do a task once a day at a certain time of day, it was zero help. Additionally, if you subscribe, be aware that you will be routed to their website, where you will pay $19.99 for the first month and then be automatically charged unless you cancel. This is standard practice. However, when all the apps you have used up until this point give you renewal reminder emails and are clearly laid out within your Apple subscriptions on your phone, this feels predatory. I will say that they are quick to respond when you email them, but this feels very loophole-y and I feel taken advantage of, as I didn’t realize that I had subscribed via their site and had deleted the app long before my subscription renewed. Do not recommend. There are way better apps out there for what you need. This feels scammy. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-07, version 2.3.21* Signed up for the $10 trial and it charged me $39.99 for something I did not want. Which seems to align with what a lot of other people have experienced. I already canceled the subscription because I’m not going to support an app that continues to take money from people for things they don’t want. I want a refund because $40 for what? was not what it was made out to be. $40 for a basic work sheet?? Total scam. ### 1/5 — Check your account if you cancel - multiple charges *2026-08-03, version 2.3.21* Thankfully I am notified by my bank when this company charges my credit card otherwise I could see how someone could be charged without realizing it. I have had multiple charges from this company to my credit card. Although the company does respond, it is a huge hassle having to contact them, keeping track of refunds. I will never use this company again. Responding to their comment: I was just charged an additional fee again. Not the amount of the subscription, simply a random fee. They have told me I would be reimbursed with no explanation as to what the charge was for other than commenting it was a mistake. I wonder how many other people they are doing this to hoping that the fee will be minimal enough that it won’t be noticed. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-02* I wish I could give zero stars. This app does not provide any information that you couldn’t get on ChatGPT for free. You would be better off to set a timer on your phone to remind yourself to clean for 15 minutes because that is the only thing this app does. Also, if you do the one week trial, the fine print says that it will automatically charge you for a month if you do not cancel. However, it does not say a specific time that you need to cancel. I canceled the app at the one week mark (well before midnight), but it still charged my account. I contacted customer service, and they refused to work with me. It makes me sick to have wasted $40 on something that did not even come close to helping as advertised. Please reach out to us at support@aligned.guru, and we’ll be happy to review your subscription and make it right. ### 1/5 — Scammed us, watch your credit card bill! *2026-08-01* Learned about this app when a $55 bill showed up on our credit card. Even after reporting the subscription was unintentional and not wanted as soon as we saw the charge, they only gave us $20 back. In my experience this is what scam companies do when their business model is built on users making errors in a confusing interface and then making it a hassle to get their money back. In retrospect should have just disputed the charges. Hope you don’t make the same mistake. **Developer response:** Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience.
