If you want to love moving your body, then Aligned is for you! Rachael Hall is a master teacher with a vast knowledge of the human body and a way of communicating that guides her students inward in a very loving and supportive way. The wide variety of classes meet our needs for increased muscle and bone strength, improved cardio vascular fitness, deep relaxation and nourishing rest.
Every class is a gift.

I love the Aligned app, a wonderful selection of classes, depending on how much time you have or what type of workout you fancy.  

From the moment I hear Rachael’s voice, I’m in the zone.  I always feel great after a session in both body and mind.

I love the aligned app. It is varied, updated regularly and fantastic to be able to choose a session whenever I want, to meet my needs from day to day. Rachael is talented, knowledgeable and warm. Highly recommend.
