## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not useful

*2025-10-04, version 1.7*

When I try to put in the time the aligners were out manually all of my data from the previous hours and Dates just deletes. So it’s Not helpful at all.

### 1/5 — So far so bad

*2024-12-23, version 1.5*

Not working for me at all. Keeps crashing. Waiting for their support help.

### 1/5 — Bugs

*2024-09-08*

App still sends a reminder to put aligners in after you already tapped that you have them back in. App also does not maintain the # of days you want to wear them. I set mine as 7, and every time I switch trays it auto defaults back to 14.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t seem to work

*2023-07-01*

I downloaded this app so I could track my Aligner rotations but this app barely worked and didn’t help.
I don’t know if it’s because I might be using the app wrong or if the app doesn’t work, but either way it doesn’t help.
If I’m just using the app wrong then I’m sorry, but I just can’t seem to get this app to work.

### 1/5 — Nopeeee

*2022-08-09, version 1.3*

Horrible app, it gets stuck, you cannot adjust the time if you forgot to switch it from “play” to “pause” it should be synced with your treatment. All this money and they cannot come out with a decent app….

### 1/5 — This app really sucks

*2022-07-30, version 1.3*

This app is pretty much useless. It doesn’t follow your treatment plan at all. My app got stuck on my 2nd pair of aligners for several weeks. It isn’t linked to your treatment plan at all because it doesn’t allow you to put in that some aligners your wear for 2 weeks. Super frustrated.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2021-08-13*

Need an access code and not sure what for, the app should accessible to anyone with aligners like most other apps on the store, and i couldn’t even find what aligner company or site this app belonged too seems pretty obsolete

**Developer response:** Thanks for your review, we are opening up the app to all in the next release :)

### 2/5 — Can’t adjust times

*2025-03-03*

Having trouble liking this app. There have been a couple times I’ve forgotten to press the play or pause button. Last night I had my aligners in, but since I can’t edit the times I had them in/out, it says I had them out for 9 hours. So now my times are incorrect and the information is useless to me.
Please fix this.

**Developer response:** Hey there,

We have now added this feature to the app :)

Thanks

PP Team

### 2/5 — Could be better

*2023-01-11, version 1.3*

Shame that you can’t change the times you wore them. If I forgot I’d love to change that actually

### 5/5 — Aligner Smile tracker makes my life easier

*2026-05-10*

I kept forgetting to put my aligner in when taking it out to eat.. simple tap in the app to remind me and im all set! Has saved me a lot of hassle⁩ and my teeth are on track 😁

### 5/5 — Great!

Perfect to track my aligner journey

Used a few aligner trackers and found this one to do exactly what i need 👍🏻

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2026-03-20*

An amazing app with great customer service. This has really helped me keep track of my progress!

### 5/5 — Great for tracking aligner journey

*2026-03-08*

Great app for tracking my aligners. The reminders and progress photos are really useful.”

### 5/5 — Great App

*2023-10-22*

First I love that the app collects no data protecting my privacy. Along with the use of it applicable to any brand of aligners. Great functionality.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-12-07*

Great idea, nice app and cool design. I like it!

### 5/5 — Easy to use and good features

*2022-04-02*

The UI was a bit unintuitive at first—pushing Play when you pause using your Aligner, and pushing Pause when your Aligner is back in play—but once you wrap your head around that, it’s easy to use, and the use of concentric circles to visualize how you’re doing each day is similar to the Apple Health app model.

I’d love to see the play/pause paradigm reversed to match media players, and it’d be a bonus to have a Watch app, but what’s here works really well. Note that there is no cost and there are no in-product upsells, just some nonintrusive banner ads along the bottom of the screen. Overall, I like it much better than the Invisaligner and TrayMinder apps.
