It’s definitely over rated by the assumption that it’ll make you more money than manual investments. I’m definitely not someone who follows the stock market every day, so I like being able to use a more automated approach and let the app do a lot of the work for me. Yes, there is an expense up front, but for someone like me who values the convenience and doesn’t want to constantly watch the markets, I think it’s worth it. I haven’t tried withdrawing money yet, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience, but everything I’ve used so far has felt solid and easy to navigate. Loaded money on automated profile and manual playlist one deposit didn’t go through correctly so made another of 100 for the playlist and 20 in automated stocks they picked went straight down never up and tried to sell and withdraw my money they won’t let you withdraw for five days after you sell. Well I never got my money back i never got to manually withdraw my playlist account the app took it upon itself to withdraw it, and then the money was just gone contacted customer service they try to tell me I didn’t deposit any money after showing them. I did they still said they never got it so this long story short my money disappeared. I never got my money back. Customer service is horrible.
