Second, it doesn’t give you the chance to switch between two languages when writing a note for any transaction, just English language, what about others non-speakers? Third, this App contains a lot of inside services, but most of them can’t be done within it, you have to visit specific branches to do them, then why they are included since they are useless? Forth, this App became slower and slower with every time they updated it. I hope to consider the above points and try to fix them. These points according to this date. ### 1/5 — App error *2022-12-09, version 1.7.0* The app keeps telling you can’t login turn off vpn , and I don’t have a vpn , I don’t use it. This problem should be solved ASAP ### 1/5 — You either die a hero, or live long enough to become the villain *2022-12-09, version 1.7.0* It was perfect, it was amazing, it was the best bank and banking app i’ve ever had in my whole life in SA, and they just had to completely ruin it. From 5 stars to 1 start just because they feel like controlling that their clients don’t use VPN, which is a SECURITY MEASURE. Even NCB and Rajhi, which are much worse banks, don’t block me from accessing my OWN bank account just because i have VPN. For that, given how much cyber security and privacy is integrated in my life as a principal, i’d rather stop using my inma account all together and switch to exclusively use something else. ### 1/5 — سبب لي مشكلة اثناء السفر *2022-12-05, version 1.7.0* انا مسافرة خارج البلاد واحاول فتح صفحة البنك على التطبيق نفس جوالي ونفس بطاقة الجوال لرقمي السعودي وكل مرة تأتي رسال ان الجهاز غير معروف وسيأتي اتصال من البنك ولا يأتي الاتصال الا بعد محاولات عديدة وقد يفتح التطبيق وقد لا يفتح نرجو مراجعة هذا الأمر للضرورة فقد كنت من أكثر من عمل دعاية اللبنة الإنماء ودللت ناس كثير عليه ارجو أن تكون خدماتكم خارج البلاد مميزة لمساعدة العملاء وليس بوضعنا في ظروف صعبة. ### 4/5 — البنك جيد .. لكن التطبيق اممم *2022-12-02, version 1.7.0* يعني فيه أخطاء بالشهور لم يتم حلها زي لما تجي تشحن بطاقة المسافر يقول لا يوجد رصيد كافي! طيب أنا داخل أشحن مو داخل أصرف! وإكمال كلمة السر من سفاري غير مدعوم .. مو معقوله لازم استخدم كلمة سر سهله في الحفظ عشان التطبيق ما يدعم اكمال كلمة السر! وأحيانًا تجيك أخطاء بدون أرقام! فكيف تقدر تتواصل معهم وتقول صار لي الخطأ رقم كذا! وأشوف بعض البنوك تحولت لتطبيقات نيتف أو هايبرد ليش للآن التطبيق لازال ويب! ### 1/5 — مع الاسف *2022-11-10, version 1.6.5* مع الاسف تطبيق سيئ جداً جميع التطبيقات للبنوك متعديته بمراحل كل الناس تتطورت الا هاذا التطبيق ما تتطور من اكثر 6 سنوات مايفتح معك خارج السعوديه ودايم معلق ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Why are you requesting my location *2023-08-18* Only giving 1 star because the app requires access to my location in order to use the app. Other bank applications do not ask for that. You're supposed to value your customers’ privacy. Do better ### 1/5 — Complete invasion of privacy *2023-07-22* The app is better than any other competitor, but it looks lime they peaked and now they’re actively trying to make it worse. First, disabling access to whomever using a VPN which is a SECURITY measure. Now, they’re completely preventing us from using the app if we don’t share location. I know the country’s privacy policies are never in favor of the citizens, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have to implement these completely unnecessary measures in everything, especially in banking stuff. This not your typical food delivery app, it’s the gate for our banking. I’ll stop using the app completely and try using my browser instead. Devs either fix their mentality or i’ll just go to another bank. ***2023 jul update*** Came back to check if they would listen to their customers and fix their issues, now not only they force you to turn off VPN, they FORCE YOU to enable location services on your device. I wish there is less than a star review, I’d definitely give it to alinma online services. ### 1/5 — Very bad *2023-04-10* Still insists on enabling location services. When using the website there are no location services, so saying it’s for security is a lie. Privacy intrusion. Guys, really? You updated the app but still require geo location??? Despite all the complaints? I cant wait for you to stop invading my privacy and be able to download the app again and use it.
