Unhelpful, just like their customer service agents. This app is a joke just like the company. You can’t open half the tabs because it brings you back to their website. Also, conveniently enough, the help feature doesn’t work to contact support. A waste.

You can’t even log in on this app. The coupon situation is confusing and doesn’t give instructions on how to use them or the point system. Do you have to submit a coupon to use it? and if so that is so stupid. This whole app needs to be revamped.

The app works well for me navigating through this app is easy. The wigs looks beautiful I hope it’s not one of them apps that trick you when you receive the hair it doesn’t look like the hair in the app. I gave it 3 stars because I haven’t received my order yet but when I do get my purchase & if I’m pleased with it I will give 5 stars &  recommend my friends to try I usually purchase my wigs from Unice & Amazon just cause Amazon delivery is so fast but hopefully Alipearl hair becomes my new hair home
