All of my friends have had no problem with this game. They are getting their freebies, bonuses, everything. I have not been able to play for over a month now. I spend my money on this game and you take it, but will not fix the problem. Maybe it’s time to get the FTC, BBB. All my other games are fine, and I have discussed the issue with the Apple and iTunes support teams. Tell me or explain how would you feel if you only have three squares to go before a blackout is complete and you’re kicked out of the game? This has happened twice this week and now it’s getting annoying! The other day I was two from bingoing and was kicked out, and I tried to catch up but couldn’t! I feel that if you’re booted, Alisa Bingo should still give that customer the bingo anyway, what do you as a gaming company have to lose, except maybe a customer! I’ve wrote about this before and NEVER received a response, so I guess I won’t receive any responses this time either! Thursday August 20, 2020 Again I’ve been kicked out of the blackout game, and upon returning I’ve had to hurry up and try to mark all the squares that’d been called! Needless to say I didn’t get a Blackout, however, before I was kicked out I had a quite a few mystery boxes daubed, but when the Blackout ended, I only received 2 boxes! Now I would like to know had I NOT been kicked out, would there have been a chance that I would’ve received ALL collection pieces? To the Support Team, and All, this is totally redundant to say the least! As I’ve stated before, I’m sure this is going to BLIND EYES as absolutely NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE has ever contacted me back to say sorry, or keep playing as we are going to keep doing this to you again and again! Looks like I’m definitely going to delete this app as I continue to be kicked out or the game freezes on me. I’ve repeatedly written to your Support Team and NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE has shown me the courtesy of getting back with me or given me any credits for the Blackout’s that I’ve missed from being kicked out or frozen! I wonder if I was a purchasing customer, would I be treated the same way? So Alisa Bingo it’s been fun for a while, however, no one was to be on the receiving end of disrespect! Sunday October 24, 2021 Kicked out AGAIN!!! Then when you finally let me back in, all 4 cards are devoid of any numbers having been marked! It sez that I don’t have an internet connection, but I have a strong signal and all my other apps open! I have reloaded the game twice, but lost all my credits! Will quit playing if this problem continues. Not happy!! This was my favorite bingo game! Every time I try to play, it says that I have no internet connection! My connection is just fine!!! I have put a lot of money into this game to keep playing . If you can’t fix this problem, I am going to delete my app. I am sure this won’t happen, but I would really like all my money refunded! I have played this game for 2-3 years. I do pay money to play it because it’s my favorite bingo game, and my daughter also plays it. Every so often we play against each other. I haven’t been able to get onto the game lately. It says that my internet connection isn’t available. My internet connection is just fine! Sorry, but I will no longer continue playing, unless they can fix the problem. I hope they reach out to me and refund my money.
