## What is alīv?

Depression confines us to a world where changing our thoughts, as CBT asks us to do, can feel impossible. When this occurs, one of the greatest predictors of outcomes is to activate our values; behavioral activation. alīv is an app that helps you articulate the values you have so that you can take purposeful steps toward meaning and fulfillment in an effort to overcome depression.
