Introducing a brand new, simplified and minimized Alive5 mobile app. We’ve redesigned and rebuilt this to work better for Agents on the go who want to accept live chat requests and answer customers via SMS/Text Messaging. Many issues were resolved where the chat conversations would not load in real-time, and also some phone versions had issues accessing the textarea to send messages.

After the latest update I’m still receiving chat notifications even though I’m in away mode. Was never like this before.

Supposedly with the new updated, we were able to get videos, but I can confirm that it does not work on the iOS app only on the desktop.

It’s okay, but I have one major gripe so far: it sends me notifications of incoming chats when I’m in “away” status. It was annoying, but manageable. I logged all the way out for the weekend, and just a few minutes ago it sent me *another* incoming chat notification. Opening the notification took me to the login screen. How? Why is it still grabbing chats from an account I’m not logged in to?
